All items are sent by first class mail. You have the option of 'first class signed for' but if you need express delivery please contact me.
**Royal Mail non-UK**
Royal Mail has suffered a cyber attack which means standard untracked deliveries to non-UK destinations are no longer available. I have had to increase my shipping prices to cover the additional cost of using a fully tracked service. International mail takes 2-3 weeks for delivery.
**Germany**
I'm sorry but I am no longer able to accept orders from Germany due to packaging legislation (VerpackG) which applies from 1 July 2022. It is not practical or cost-effective for a tiny business like mine to comply with the legislation.

I would suggest when selling to North America the buyer is offered a quicker and more reliable form of post. I would have paid extra for that. The recipient seems happy with the gift.

WELCOME
If you're looking for fresh, modern embroidery kits and patterns you're in the right place! I love bold colour combinations and eye-catching designs which make a striking piece of art to hang on the wall. I found it difficult to find embroidery kits or patterns which would give me the results I was looking for, so I decided to make my own.
INSPIRATION
I’m often inspired by Scandinavian designs and I love choosing the stitches and threads which make the most of great design. I embroider every one of my designs myself first before releasing the pattern or the kit so I can be sure it’s perfect for you.

Frequently asked questions
Christmas post
My shop is updated each year with recommended dates by which items need to be bought so they arrive in time for Christmas. These dates are given by Royal Mail, but they are not guaranteed. Please make sure you order in plenty of time to allow for longer delivery times at this busy time of year.
If your item doesn't arrive
Royal Mail guidance do not consider items to be lost until it’s more than:
• 10 business days for items posted within the UK
• 29 business days for items posted to destinations outside the UK.
Item despatch
I will send your item from the UK by standard Royal Mail or international standard Royal Mail within 2 business days of receiving payment.
• Embroidery patterns - first class letter post
• Embroidery kits - first class large letter post
• Frames and gift sets - first class small parcel post
Tracking is available for a small additional fee, choose the upgrade option at checkout.
Tracking and insurance
To keep costs down, items are not tracked or insured. Tracked mail is an option in my shop and the extra cost can be added when you get to the checkout.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Jiggery Pokery embroidery kits and embroidery patterns make the perfect gift or handmade present. My packages are sent in pretty flowered mailing bags. There is nothing inside the package to show what price you paid. Bear in mind that for mailings outside the UK a customs form declaring the contents and an approximate value are required.
