Video summary: All you need to know about bespoke lampshades at affordable prices!

The Lightbulb Moment!

Ever found it hard to find a lampshade you like? I did, until I discovered how to make them. 9 years after giving up my HR career to raise a family I was dreaming about doing something creative so this really was my lightbulb moment! What started out as a one room redecoration project last autumn became a business, with Jo Jones Creative launching in December 2014.

I offer a bespoke handmade lampshade service making lampshades to your exact requirements.

Very simply you choose a fabric to match your interior design scheme, either something you source yourself or chosen from a selection of remnant designer fabrics I stock. You then choose a lampshade shape and size to suit your purpose and space.
The result is a high quality unique item that enables your to add colour, style and pattern to a room in a simple and affordable way. I offer a UK wide delivery service from my base in Epsom Surrey.

I've been overwhelmed by the feedback from customers, retailers and suppliers. I was shortlisted for Best New Business in the Epsom and Ewell Business Excellence Awards 2015.

At the end of 2016 I was diagnosed with leukeamia so was forced to close the shop while I had treatment but I'm delighted to say I am now back on my feet so I relaunched my business early in 2018.

I hope you like looking at the range of fabrics and find something to suit your needs. If not then please don't hesitate to contact me and i'll see what I can do to help.

Ready Made Items:

You are entitled to return ready made lampshades that are bought ‘off the shelf’ as they are already made and ready for dispatch.

In the unlikely event that a lampshade is damaged in transit or faulty please contact me immediately, ideally providing me with photographs of the problem. In this event I will endeavour to remake or repair the lampshade, or offer a refund.

If you chose to return a shade for any other reason then you will be liable for the return P&P costs, ensuring the lampshade is still in it’s original condition.

Custom Made to Personal Specification Items:

Unless an item is damaged or faulty there is no right to cancel an order for or return a delivery of lampshades made to order to your personal specifications. This is where you specify the size and/or shape of a shade.

For this reason you are strongly advised to double check the details of your order before you pay for it. If you realise you have made an error in your order please contact me immediately.
