Love these ispy bags. First bought one from a Christmas fayre and then followed on Etsy and have made numerous purchases. This one was for a birthday present and delivery took a little longer than I would have liked but once arrived as always a faultless item that is in the hands of a very happy toddler x

Returns and exchange details
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges will only be made if an item arrives damaged, is defective, or if there has been an error on my part. Buyer is responsible for payment of return shipping. Custom Personalised orders are unfortunately non-refundable
Custom made items will take a little longer - please allow 14 days for delivery in the UK, a little longer for overseas. Please be aware that ordinary Airmail is normally a good reliable service but because it is not trackable I can't do anything about delays nor be responsible for late deliveries
Customer made items will have a photograph sent by email first so you can check your order.
Excess postage will be refunded if Etsy charges you too much!
