Please understand that at this difficult time for us all, shipping times may be longer than usual, and 'signed for' consignments may not attract a request for signature upon delivery. Changes to typical delivery times from the UK will differ by country, as all our respective governments and institutions respond to the crisis.

Our service to other destinations is operating normally. We are working with our airline and postal/courier partners to maintain services across the globe, however delays should be expected as a result of Covid-19 measures. The number of countries we can access is changing daily. We strongly advise not to send items to destinations listed as ‘On suspension’"
Please note that I cannot send items to any country listed as "on suspension" by Royal Mail. If in doubt, please check the Royal Mail website via the below link to ensure that your country is not listed as on suspension by Royal Mail before you place an order. Any order that I cannot send will be refunded in full.

Terms of Service for intuitive readings.
Your tarot reading will be recorded and saved in MP3 format, then sent to you by e-mail normally within 2 days, but please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods. 1 Question 1 Card readings are the exception as they are promised within 24 hours. Any 1 Question 1 Card reading not emailed to you within 24 hours will be refunded. Please keep your message as brief as possible, including only as many questions as can be reasonably answered within the reading ordered. I suggest a maximum of 1 question per 15 minutes. Readings can only be emailed once, to the email address provided at the time of the order. This is also the only email address that will have access to your file download. It is your responsibility to download and save your reading once you receive it. Readings will not be emailed to an alternate email address. Your online payment receipt is your order confirmation. You will not receive a second confirmation by email. If you have successfully paid for a reading, I have definitely received your order. Please allow 5 working days for you to receive your reading before you make an enquiry asking when it will be sent. It is very rare for me to be late with a promised delivery time. By ordering a reading, you are agreeing to these terms.
