1 out of 5 starsItem never arrived. First response to my message assured me it would be sent. It was not, second message was ignored. I ended up going through etsy to get a refund. Looking at previous reviews, I'm not the first person not to receive items.

5 out of 5 starsOrder got lost in the post, was sent a replacement but I think there was something wrong with the postage services so never received either. Not entirely the seller’s fault. Quick response and great service though and was kind enough to offer a refund.
