Alternative Cards; Words & Art...

In the Just Mairi Shop, you will find mostly One-Off, Hand-Painted Art Cards... although I still have a few printed Art Cards available too. Books of my Short Poems are also available here, and I've recently started making some Handmade Poem Cards.

I paint small, one-off Paintings for my hand made, Mini Original Art Cards. I find this more Eco Friendly, and I love the process of making a finished product by hand. I also love the thought of Art and Poems having a life of their own...making a personal connection.

**I use 250gsm Crush, Eco range card ( from PDA Card & Craft Ltd ) for all my handmade cards. It has a flecked texture from the fruit and nut residues added in the process, giving a lovely 'Shabby Chic' appearance. Crush is certified FSC and GMO free, contains 30% post consumer recycled waste and is produced with 100% green energy. The carbon footprint is reduced by 20% using by-products and 100% green energy.
