4 out of 5 starsItem took a little longer to arrive but not the fault of the company, Royal mail messed up delivery and sent my parcel all over the UK before finally arriving at my address 2 days longer than expected. Was very excited to receive my bag but the zipper was faulty. Customer service was fantastic though, helped me get an exchange easily and I received a replacement much faster than the original parcel. I love the style of the bag but some small things let it down. As one user wrote, one of the pockets has the zipper sewn into it so it loses some capacity and then the strap is already beginning to fray after a few days of usage. The strap also cannot maintain its length which as a short person is very annoying. The bag also fits more than you would expect. Overall quite pleased with the bag, have received many compliments on it.

You can return your item to us in the same “New” condition up to 90 days after the date on which you received your order.
NOTE: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We are also not liable to refund the postage fees on your original order.
