Head base is very high quality, eye blanks are also very high quality. Though I did order it to be carved but I received it uncarved. Getting a refund though. Also took quite awhile to ship. Bought it in mid February and didn’t receive it until late April.

Hi, thanks for the review! My apologies on sending the foam head uncarved! I could have misread the order details (oups :S)! Once bought, it states that the item takes between 1-6weeks and sometimes longer depending if the materials needed are in stock from manufacture. For the shipping part, once dropped off to postage service, am no longer reliable or able to rush their procedure with this :S, which is why I highly recommend my clients to always choose tracking when checking out. I'm glad it arrived safely and hope you enjoy working with it!

The head is finnaly here! It's super cute and will be used for my first fursuit it did take a while to get here but was not the creators fault at all whenever I had questions she answered them pretty quickly the lanyard that came with it is also super cute I'm definitely going to start using It! I'll update this review when the head is finished and I'm so excited to start working on it

I am looking forward to making this base into my first ever Suit! The seller was very kind and helpful. She/He/they was moving so my package was delayed but, they gave me updates when I asked. 100% recommend this shop! (P.S.) I am currently on my computer and can't take a picture :)

Please buy from Kairi!! The head base was spectacular! I’m in love with the tiny look! They also made some really nice eyes! It came out so well and I couldn’t have hoped for anything better. I urge you to buy their eye commissions too! It’s super high visibility mesh with extremely well color gradients! The only thing I’d point out is that I had to wait 4 months! The seller included an extra goodie to make up for it though! ( I’ll totally use the lanyard at my next furry con !! ) Overall 10/10 love it

This base was AMAZING! The expression fit so well with my fursona. I would love to order this base again. One thing though was that the shipping did take a few months but I'd say It's totally worth the wait. 10/10 would recommend!

The shipping is extremely long and personally I’ve had some issues with customer service. But going off of other reviews I believe it will be good quality, as I am picking it up at furnal equinox

How long does my order usually process?
Depending what you buy, foam heads usually take between 4-6 weeks on average, while printed parts take 1-2 weeks.
My foam head arrived with some holes! Is it still usable?
Yes! It is! The foam heads are to be covered by fabric material, not to be used as is. Most area's that have minor holes are in spots that are to be cut anyways. I do not send a foam head out to my clients if it's not considered a proper cast.
Do you sell "Misscast" foam heads?
I do! However, I do not place them in my store to sell. If you're wanting to buy a misscast off of me for a discounted price, follow me on my twitter, as I share them from there.
I received my order, yet decided I don't have the time to work on it, and wish to return and get a refund/coupon. Is this possible?

My foam head seems to have a weird odor, what is it!?
The smell coming off of your foam is the material used to prep the silicone before pouring the foam liquid. It's a wax base material to ensure that after the cast is fully cured, can be removed easily without struggle. It is a must-need product for this item.
My item has not arrived! I want a refund!
Sorry you had to go through this! Unfortunately, I don't refund items lost in the mail. If you chose tracking with your item, here is the following I offer:
- contact postal services to find out what's happening with your item.
- Resend a new item out once postal service compensates for the lost item value back into my account.
- provide a discount for your new order if item was successfully delivered, but postal failed on their behalf. (I am not responsible once it is in couriers hands)
What I refuse to offer from your lost item:
- A refund
- replacement shipped to you, if you have not applied tracking with your original item before it got lost.
- Any error made on your behalf.
