If the items are returned back to the seller, they can be sent again to the correct address (postage fees paid by customer) or refunded (minus postage fee).

Dear UK customers, I send all UK orders Second Class Royal Mail as standard. Your orders should be with you in 3-5 working days after the dispatch.
If you would like your order to be sent First Class Royal Mail, please upgrade your delivery option at check out. There is a fee for the upgrade.

International orders are shipped Royal Mail Standard International:
USA (7-21 working days)
Canada (9-21 working days)
Australia (10-28 working days)

Unfortunately, due to a change in the EU General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) I am not able to ship any orders to the EU after 12th December 😔
I am so sorry for this news and I will be looking for ways to comply with the new regulations so that I can hopefully send orders to customers in Europe.
It honestly breaks my heart that it's getting so difficult to do it.

Kapelki Art is a small business and I am doing everything I can to send your orders as quickly as possible but after that I am at the mercy of the postal services and I am not able to influence the delivery when the package is in the post.

Please keep this in mind when placing your orders - delays to the shipping times above are possible.

Story behind Kapelki Art:

My Grandfather Yuri Vasnetsov was a Russian artist and illustrator in the 1930s-70s. I never got to meet my Grandfather as he passed away 7 years before I was born but I feel as if I'd always known him. All of the books that Yuri illustrated, all the books about him, grandma's and mum's stories and family photos, time spent in the flat and studio where he lived and worked, and, most importantly, the magical world of his art - all of it make me feel so proud of my Grandfather and family heritage and it inspires my dreams of introducing his fairy tale world to more and more people around the world.

I love that I can show and highlight the details as well as the whole original illustrations. This makes every card and item that I produce very personal and even more valuable to me.

I hope you can see what I see in these magical, beautiful and so very different images and I hope they make you smile and feel happy. Fairy tale should live within us at any age
