How do I download my digital files?
You should receive an email pretty soon (check spam folder too just in case) with the download option or you can go to your Etsy account /Orders and find the digital download in there :)

!!! Please bare in mind the files won't show up if you're trying to download them from the phone, only Ipad or computer :)
If you're downloading from an iPad, sometimes the download options will only show when you go to the Etsy website through Chrome and NOT through the app itself.
What do I do after I order a commission piece?

Do you do prints of your commissions?
I do not currently do prints on my own.
For printing, I always recommend online printing that can be delivered to your home;
Some that previous clients have used and liked include:

Alternatively, if you were to google "Photo printing online" you can find places nearby where you live for convenience and have it even cheaper printed. The options I've shared before are for high-quality art prints.
I bought a digital file, but I want a refund!
A refund on a Digital Item (brushes + tutorials) can only be issued if the file HAS NOT BEEN DOWNLOADED. Once downloaded, a refund will no longer be available.
This is because once you download the item its yours forever and there's no way for me to know if that file will be used. The responsibility to read descriptions throughout and make sure they know what they're paying for stays with the client.
