Thank you for visiting my shop! I’m Kat and I hand make all the items you see in my shop. I hope you enjoy browsing and find some hair accessories that you love!
Most of the fabrics I use are limited run prints from top designers. This means I can only offer a limited quantity of headbands in a certain style or pattern. It also means I add new styles frequently so stay tuned!
I am very happy to take custom orders (in fact I love it! ) so if you see a fabric you love but not in the style you prefer for hairband or scrunchie, please send me a message using the ‘custom order’ button. Also if you have an idea me would like me to find something special and unique to you.
Al times are gift ready as they come in an eco cotton or linen bag and in tissue paper wrap. I also offer a free gift message/card so you can add your personal note. Please select the gift option at checkout.
A note about my packaging: I try to minimise the use of plastic so items are sent in a recycled/recyclable box and recycled/ biodegradable mailbags. Boxes and the cotton/linen bags are unbranded so you can choose to reuse if you wish!

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalised orders
Yes I take custom orders and love making them for you! You can request a custom order from my shop home page or by sending me a message.
I accept custom requests with any fabrics you see in my shop - I can make in a different style, side knot or item to what you see in the listings.
I also take one-off requests if you have a particular fabric you would like but is not currently offered. I will source, send you a sample and then make once I have the go ahead from you.
Sizing details
Adult & Child Headbands:
All adult headbands have a flexible Alice band base (approx. 2.5cm-3cm for adult, 1cm for child) so generally fit all head sizes and comfortably enough to wear all day.
The headbands can be adjusted by gently bending the ends either together or apart and holding for a few seconds. There is a limit but this generally means you can tweak to give you an exact fit.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each item is presented gift ready, wrapped in pink tissue paper, an eco-cotton or linen bag and sealed with a S sticker. They are shipped in a recyclable cardboard gift box to protect while in transit.
If you are purchasing as a gift and would like the item shipped directly to the recipient, I am happy to include a personalised message for you. Please add your message in the “Add a note” box once the item is in your shopping basket.
Christmas wrapping is also available at a small extra cost for the festive season which includes red tissue paper and snowflake printed bag. The box is wrapped in silver eco Kraft paper and tied with pink and red ribbons with a red christmas gift tag.

What postal service will my items be sent on?
All headbands are sent on a Royal Mail 2nd class service with the option to send 1st class for a little extra cost.
Hairties, barrette clips and scrunchies are sent Royal Mail 1st class standard.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently I only ship to UK
Will designs be replenished is out of stock?
I generally only have a limited amount of fabric available for each design and make everything to order, it means that stock is limited! So If you see something you love, it’s advisable to purchase before it sells out.
If there is a particular design or fabric you love but you can no longer see it listed please get in touch with me as I will be able to advise if it will be back in stock soon.
When will my order be dispatched?
As I make all headbands to order, my dispatch time can vary but will be advised at time of purchase. Generally it is within 5 working days or quicker depending on the time of year.
You will receive a notification once your order is on its way!
