Hello! All of the items on sale here have been individually hand made by me in my garden workshop. I anneal all of my glass in a digitally controlled kiln for durability, then clean them to remove bead release.

Please get in touch if you have any questions, about the items themselves or the process of making them.

Returns and exchanges
I want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, then please contact me immediately and we can work out a solution. I will always accept beads back for a full refund, however postage costs will only be refunded in the case of defective goods.
Payment
My preferred method of payment is Paypal - it protects you as a buyer and me as a seller and is convenient. There are no costs to buyers of using Paypal. However, if you wish to pay by another method and you are in the UK, then please contact me to discuss alternatives.
Delivery
I try to post all my orders within a couple of days. Unfortunately, if you are not in the UK this does mean that you won't receive your item immediately.

The majority of my shop items are ready to ship, however, If the beads you buy are made to order, then it will take a little longer. I will always let you know if there is an unforeseen delay and keep you informed of progress.
