Embrace the madness, prearranged viewings/collections of art in person warmly welcomed :) Be advised...Studio info: I smoke and drink much tea. Children, and sometimes my parents dogs roam free in my home studio, please consider before purchase. My home in Cornwall U.K is crammed full of artwork, most of which is for sale and not always available to purchase online.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We accept returns under the following circumstances only:
The item received is significantly different from the item description.

Note: Buyer is responsible for any return costs.
Payment
UK customers can pay by:
A. Paypal (including credit and debit cards)
B. Postal Order
C. Cheque

Customers outside the UK can pay by:
A. Paypal only

Please make all payments within 7 days.
Delivery
Large orders including paintings are sent next day delivery via courier (DHL etc) to the UK.
Outside the UK is normally a 3-5 day delivery.
Smaller orders may go via royal mail special delivery
All orders are well packaged and dispatched quickly.
Customers outside the UK may be liable for import duties/taxes, please check with your own local customs office.
