- Engraving/customisation:
Please note we cannot engrave icons/emoji's unless specified on certain listings - This is due to the engraving machinery used. Any items ordered with icons/emoji's will be processed without. Items clearly showing them within the listings are special cases - please contact us if you require any further information. Punctuations, diacritics "accents", are normally possible in most fonts we show in listings, in some cases we may change from the font shown to be able to fulfil an engraving request with diacritics, where possible we will stick to the layout requested but reserve the right to change the layout and or font and location, when entering text please use ## to indicate new line,

On many items we can offer custom artwork/logos at an extra cost please ask for details.

Please ensure any personalisation text requested is correct at the time of ordering. We engrave exactly as you ask, we do not amend spellings or upper/lower case letters etc. Any mistakes in the engraving text provided by the customer are the customers responsibility and we will not offer refunds or exchanges where we have engraved as requested on the order.

If you order an engravable item without personalisation, we will try to contact you to confirm that no engraving is required. If no response is received in 24 hours then the item will be shipped without engraving.


- Lighters
Please be aware that lighters can only be shipped to UK mainland, any orders received from outside this area may be subject to cancellation without prior notice.


- Order cancellation:
I'm happy to receive a cancellation request and will do what I can to assist you if your order processing has not begun. Please note that once an item has been engraved, even if it has not yet been shipped the order cannot be cancelled.


- Exchanges:
I do not sell items that are likely to require exchange but am happy to discuss this with you, items that have been customised are not available for exchange.


- Returns:
Non Customised items can be returned by prior agreement at the buyer's cost within 14 days from delivery, a full refund will be issued within 5 days upon its complete and safe return back. Refunds may be subject to deduction for shipping/packaging. Items listed as free shipping still incur shipping costs and these will be deducted from any refund you receive for a non-faulty item.


- Time frame and Delivery:
Most of our items are dispatched in 1-3 days subject to all information and customisation being supplied correctly and promptly to us. Missing information or requests outside the listing offering may result in delays in delivery or alterations to your request or order cancellation.
We offer an express shipping option at checkout on most of our items, this is advised for time sensitive items these take priority in processing and shipped with an express 24h courier service. Please note the items purchased with Express shipping are still liable to our standard processing times.
We utilize the shipping services of many different shipping providers and may use alternate providers than stated on a listing, this allows faster dispatch and keep down the carbon footprint, items will always be shipped on an equivalent time frame service to that listed. processing times will still apply.
Estimated delivery dates stated on Etsy are only estimates, unfortunately Etsy doesn’t take into account things like public holidays and busy periods so estimated delivery days are always subject to variation. If your item has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow an extra 3 days for UK shipments and 5 days for rest of world before contacting us to report the delay. Please understand we are not responsible for any delays during transit once the item has left us, unfortunately delays like this are beyond our control. If an item is needed for a specific date please contact us before ordering for us to advise if possible and the best shipping method to use.


- Delivery Issues or damages on delivery:
Please open and inspect your items on the day of delivery, report any damage to the seller within 24 hours.
If a tracked service is used at the time of purchase full tracking can be seen on your Etsy account. Failed deliveries may then require collection from a local courier depot. In some cases, failed deliveries may incur additional charges from the courier to re-arrange delivery, please be aware that customers are liable for any additional charges incurred in this instance.
Items returned by a courier to the seller will incur a redelivery charge payable by the buyer before reshipping. Please note personalised items returned to us due to non-delivery are non-refundable, they can be re-shipped to the customer upon payment of the additional postage costs.

If in the unfortunate event an Item is damaged, faulty or incorrect on delivery please contact me on the day of delivery with photos of the issue and photos of all packaging (packaging photos are only required for damaged items). Please give a clear explanation so I can work with you to get this resolved. For items containing multiple parts, if a singular part is faulty or damaged then the damaged or missing part will be replaced where possible, not the whole item. Please do not dispose of any of the product or packaging until instructed to do so.

In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs up to a second class signed for service. We will not cover additional shipping costs if sent on a more expensive service unless agreed prior to returning the item.


- Address amendments:
Customers are responsible for checking the correct delivery address is selected at the time of purchase. If an incorrect shipping address is entered at the time of purchase then please contact us as soon as possible to amend before the order is shipped and we will try to amend if possible. If the item has already been dispatched then the customer is responsible for this and we will not refund any costs due to the customer error. If the item is returned to us by the courier then the item may be re-shipped but the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs involved. Items returned to us may be refunded if they are non-customised, minus our original postage fee’s. Customised items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty so no refund will be provided.


- UK postcodes extra charges and delays:
Please note anyone ordering oversized items (generally over 12Kg or large bulky items) from the following UK postcodes;
AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH, and Scottish Islands will be subject to an additional £19.99 carriage charge. I’m really sorry to have to do this but due to the bulk nature of these items the couriers charge us more for delivery. Please contact us before ordering to arrange payment. This can be done via PayPal or card payment.


- Listing Photos:
Photos, illustrations, artwork and examples of engraving and or customised items are examples of previous orders or created for the listing to offer an idea of possible results, for this reason the customised products shown in our listing are not the actual item you will receive. The item you will receive will be engraved or personalised as per your order request. Please note I will always try to engrave in the same layout requested however I reserve the right to adjust the layout of personalisation to allow for the best fit on an item.


- Materials:
Products made of natural materials such as wood, stone or bamboo will consist of a range of colours, grains and natural features, listings images give examples of this where possible. Please note computer and phone screens may not give a true representation, the difference in the makeup of natural materials can also affect the outcome of engraving colours or textures and depths, this is due to no two natural items being identical. Our listing images give the best possible representation of the item you will receive but small variations in natural materials will always happen and we cannot be held liable for any differences in this. Wooden items may be made from multiple wood pieces from different sources and pieces may have variations in colour and grain pattern etc.
Some rustic/vintage look items including some metal items may be made from recycled parts so may differ in fine details from a listing image but will not differ from design, this is due to the handmade nature or aging process.
