Welcome to the Kimberly Bag Shoppe. I design and create handbags, pouches, tote bags, laptop and tablet sleeves or any type of fabric container that you may be seeking. My goal is to make you as excited as I get while I'm creating your bag, as when you receive your purchase! Please take a look around. Keep in mind that some of the items in my shop are made to order.

Please be sure to read the payment and return policies below regarding CUSTOM ORDERS. Custom orders will be negotiated prior to purchase. After agreeing on the work, I will draw up a contract which will protect both of our interests. Payment in full is expected when you approve the work.

Payment
I accept Etsy Direct Checkout, Paypal and Etsy gift cards. Paypal accepts all credit cards and money orders. If you don’t have a Paypal account and you want to pay with your credit card, please select “Pay With Paypal”. You will be directed to pay with credit card. Orders will NOT be processed until Paypal clears all funds.

For CUSTOM ORDERS, once you have approved the work to be done, there will no refunds unless there is a defect. I will not proceed with a custom order until we are both happy with the order. CUSTOM ORDERS must be paid for in advance before I will start production of the item.
Shipping
I ship most items via USPS First Class Mail within 1-3 business days after receiving the Paypal payment notification, usually longer for custom orders. For custom orders, I will send you a message with approximate shipping schedule. If you would prefer an item to be shipped Priority Mail, please select that option when you check out. A delivery confirmation will be included with the shipping cost. Please allow sufficient time for shipping, which normally is approximately 3-7 business days in the US. Items are shipped with delivery tracking, so if it appears that a shipment is delayed, you may check the tracking information to verify the status on your shipment.

For small items, such as cosmetic bags, I ship Priority Mail in a small flat rate box. Tracking is provided for these shipments, as well.

I can combine shipping for multiple purchases. Please contact me for a quote for additional purchases as shipping fee is calculated by weight and size of the package.
While I ship my products in sealed, tear proof mailers or boxes, sometimes packages do get damaged during shipment. If this occurs, please send me a photo of the damaged shipment, including the item so that I can file a claim with the Post Office. I will send a full refund if the item is irreparable. If I can fix the item, I will pay for shipping to have the item returned to me for repairs and will send the item back to you.

If you need to cancel a shipment, please contact me ASAP with the details of the situation so we can work it out. In these cases only, you may refuse the shipment and it will be returned to me by USPS. When I receive it, I will refund your purchase, minus the shipping costs.

If an item is returned after being deemed defective, I will refund full purchase price, including shipping and return costs. PLEASE NOTE that I cannot issue refunds on any CUSTOM ORDERS that I cannot resell to someone else.

Your package will be shipped to your "Paypal Account Address". If you would like to have it shipped to a different address, please add that address as a "Gift or Shipping Address" to your Paypal account. Or send me a message.

Lost packages: Please wait 14 days before contacting me if you think your item may be lost in the mail. At that time, I will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each item is handmade, and therefore unique. While I strive for perfection in each item, small flaws are considered proof of an authentic handmade item. Each listing includes measurements to help you determine which size is best for you. Please provide desired specifications in "message to seller" box.

My merchandise is guaranteed for 30 days for defects in craftsmanship and materials, excluding normal wear and tear or unfortunate abuse. Please see my shipping policies above regarding returns on custom orders. If an item is to be returned due to defectiveness or otherwise, please contact me.

Non-custom merchandise can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. The refund will be issued when I receive the item back, excluding shipping and handling costs. Please pack and return the item back to me in the same manner that you received it, including packaging materials, tracking and insurance information.

Please read the description of the item carefully to be sure you will be happy with your purchase. I try to take pictures of products in natural light for a true representation of colors. But, please keep in mind that colors may appear differently in photos and even from computer screen to computer screen.

I want you to enjoy your purchase! If you feel you must return your purchase, please contact me immediately first and state the reason for your return.

If you are unsatisfied with the item, please contact me for discussion and we will try to reach a satisfactory solution.

To avoid delays in processing your order, please be sure to specify your color/design/pattern selection in the "notes to seller" box at checkout when applicable.

If you are happy and satisfied with the product, please leave detailed feedback. If you are not satisfied please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback, and we will try to reach a satisfactory solution.
