Do you offer Custom and personalised orders?

We am often able to customise the colors of my prints and if you message us directly we do occasionally accept commissions too. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have an idea that you want to bring to life.

We are also able to make minor changes to apparel designs as well. If you have any modifications, please let us know via direct message.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a message

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?

We currently don’t offer returns and exchanges as our products are made to order, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by messaging us and we will work with you to best resolve any issues! We dont normally accept cancellations as the order is sent for production as soon as the order is placed. If you wish to request a cancellation please contact us as soon as possible - if the order has not been produced we can cancel it for you.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are usually only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please message us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, as each item is made to order, we don't offer exchanges. For apparel orders, If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product pictures. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know as soon as possible when you have received your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

My package is lost!

Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance.

What Is "Made To Order" mean?

All our products are made just for you! That means they are not printed until you order them. Once you place an order, the shirt is sent to production, printed, then shipped straight to your door

Do you offer Gift wrapping and packaging?

At the present time, we are sadly not able to offer gift wrapping or gift messages, but hopefully this is something we can introduce in the future.
