Kirsten Louise Design
Hello! I’m Kirsten and I’m a graphic designer and illustrator from West Yorkshire, UK.
Ever since I can remember I’ve loved to draw. I’d practice and practice drawing portraits, trying to get them to look as realistic as possible and making sure to retain every little detail from the image that I was working from. As well as drawing, I learned the ins and outs of Photoshop in my teens and would spend hours creating little graphics for my Myspace page (way before Facebook was a thing!)
My mum was a huge influence towards my creativity growing up and has always supported me. She makes the most beautiful things and is the most talented lady I know, I definitely wouldn't be doing this for a living if it wasn't for her. As my skills progressed and with a little push from my lovely fiancé, I decided to take the plunge and open my own Etsy shop at the start of 2014; creating logos, branding packages and graphics. I can't believe that Kirsten Louise Design is over 6 years old already!
As much as I loved logo design, I was getting very little sleep and found it incredibly difficult to say no to customers. This took its toll on my health so I knew I needed to make a change. I slowly phased out logos and started to create my own physical products in 2018 and it was the best decision I ever made. I now have so much more creative freedom and I love seeing how my shop has evolved. All greetings cards, stickers and art prints are created and printed in my little home studio.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

I only accept returns if products arrive damaged or defective.

- DIGITAL ITEMS -
Due to the nature of digital items (printables, fonts, for example), I cannot offer exchanges or refunds. Please make sure you read the item description fully before deciding to purchase.
Payment
If you pay for your order by eCheck, items will not be dispatched until payment is received (this takes up to 3-5 business days). Items will be dispatched as soon as the eCheck has cleared.
Delivery
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
United Kingdom 3-5 business days
Europe 1-2 weeks
North America 1-2 weeks
Everywhere else 1-2 weeks
COVID-19 UPDATE - Please take into consideration that items may take longer than usual to arrive due to Royal Mail delays and limited visits to the post office. International orders do seem to be taking significantly longer so please keep this in mind.

I am unable to allow my pre-made designs to be trademarked as they are generally for startup/small businesses and will be resold.

- ABANDONED LOGO ORDERS -
I understand that orders may be forgotten about or life simply gets in the way so I am more than happy to hold your order for 100 days. If logo orders are left abandoned and I haven't had a response within this time-frame, the files will be sent to your email address and the order will be marked as dispatched. Revisions to a fully purchased logo/branding package are free of charge during the design process but there will be a fee if you require further changes after the final designs have been sent.
