What if my item is returned to sender (KiwiStrings) because the address I entered was incorrect?
The buyer is responsible to pay to re-ship the item.
Does KiwiStrings offer different sizes other than those listed?
Yes! Send KiwiStrings a message to ask about pricing for different sizes.
Can items be returned/exchanged?
String art signs cannot be returned or exchanged due to the fact that the majority of them are personalized with specific colors, personal information, sizing, etc…and cannot be resold.
Can I order a college logo or a character from my favorite movie?
KiwiStrings does not make items that are trademarked or copyrighted. This includes sports logos, movie/TV characters, or other items that have a trademark/copyright filed on it. Company logos will need written permission in order to make a piece of string art with the design.
