I use it everyday and I love it!

It's durable and the trick is all in the care! Gentle handwashing does the trick. I've dropped it several times (I have total butterfingers) and it hasn't cracked or broken. I love it!!

I just got it today and it is absolutely adorable! I'm so happy with my new coffee cup! Edit (July 24, 2017): After taking the picture attached to the original review, I noticed that there is a rather large crack on the lid, making the lid unusable since the liquid just pours out. I'm very disappointed with the lid. The cup itself seems to be okay. Hopefully it was just a problem with the post office.

Was the product cute? Yes. But this was, by far, the worst purchasing experience I've ever had on etsy. It took more than 6 weeks, several messages, and two escalations before I received my purchase. By that time, the birthdays I had gotten this for, had come and gone. I will never order from this shop again.

Didn't even get shipped until I escalated to a claim in Etsy, over three weeks. I won't be shopping from this shop again. This was a gift and was almost late getting shipped out. I'm surprised it wasn't broken either since it was a just put into a bubble mailer.

The product was great and very well done, however, the customer service was terrible. I attempted to make contact 3 weeks after ordering and a few days after the item should have been shipped by. The seller never messaged me back so I had to open up a claim with Etsy and they did not respond until the second warning. The day after the second warning I finally got an email saying the item had been shipped out. I never received an explanation from the seller for why there was no response to my initial email or why it took so long. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I made a mistake and left getting a gift until the last minute. Even though my poor planning didn't constitute their emergency, this shop got it to me in the nick of time, and it is PERFECT. I love it. The recipient loves it. I'll definitely buy from this shop again! Thank you so much!

Nice sturdy cup and straw. It did take almost a month to arrive.

Lettering is uneven. I'm sure these take time to make, but it definitely looks hand done. There was also a spot of something (glue?) on the cup which will not come off. As this was a gift, kind of disappointed. Would not order again.
