International orders – mostly shipped standard airmail without tracking. You can purchase tracked and signed shipping on checkout.

Europe - 4-14 business days (typically 1-7) Italy can take 1-4 weeks
North America – 7-21 business days (typically 7-10)

Your item arrives in a protective box tied with aquamarine ribbon and packaged in a padded mailer.

If you want the gift to be sent to the recipient directly in the same country as you, please ensure their correct shipping address is used.

‘Marked as gift' means there's no value invoice in your package but Customs labels will show a value.

Bracelets – measure snugly around your wrist between your wristbone and your hand i.e. that is your ‘wrist’ size. Generally about 3/4'” to 1" is added to that measurement to get your ‘bracelet’ size.

14kt Gold filled looks just like solid gold and is a fabulous high quality, inexpensive alternative which is known as a ‘lifetime product’, a very thick layer of 14kt gold is bonded to another metal. It comes in yellow and rose gold.

Vermeil - 18kt or 22kt yellow or rose gold is laid over sterling silver. It’s a much thicker layer than gold plate.

AAA - top of class, very shiny, sharp reflections, no blemish
AA - good quality pearls, shiny, good reflections, no blemish
A - nice 'everyday' pearls, less shine, some surface blemish
B - low quality - poor shine, no reflections, blemished/grooved

Round freshwater pearls are the most expensive shape, simply due to less of them made by the mollusc compared with other shapes. AAA is top of harvest and typically commands top prices. This shop sells AA graded pearls, most pearls sold on ETSY are A and B because there are more of them produced..

Sterling silver tarnishes so keep it in an airtight bag. Wipe jewelry clean regularly. You can use a polishing cloth, or gentle soap and water to remove tarnish. A silver dip is not recommended as it can damage delicate silver items as well as pearls and gems.
Never immerse porous gems like turquoise or opal in water, just wipe with a damp cloth.
Gold items, on occasion, may require a gentle wash or a gentle rub with a polishing cloth.
Keep all jewellery away from cosmetics, showers, chlorine and small children - to avoid risk to them.
Sleeping in jewellery and activities like sports etc particularly when wearing bracelets, can lead to their breakage and is not recommended.

Where refunds are accepted, and you've received and inspected the goods, provided you message me within 14 days of receiving the goods, the return is valid. You may use a cancellation form.

Deductions may be made if unnecessary expenses are incurred at UK Customs, or items are damaged.

Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.
