It caused confusion when we went and wanted new mugs, which is why the customized option was perfect for us! Safe to say we are enjoying our new mugs!

This order had a bit of a hiccup with the engraving, but that was addressed and rectified by the seller promptly and without issue. I more than happy with the order. Hoping the improved coating holds up as the old formula scratched off too easily (referring to white tumbler, I ordered a black one this time).

How do I send my Photo, Drawing or Print?
• After placing your order, you can send us your image by using the CONTACT SHOP OWNER button. In the message to us, you’ll see an ATTACH IMAGE button below. Select your image and send!
• We except all files. PNGs, JPEGs, PDFs and more!
• For SVG, AI or other files that cannot be sent through Etsy Chat, you may send it to us through email at hello@lamose.com. Please include your order number.
Will my image work?
• We typically take a look at your image and let you know if it’s possible or if adjustments are necessary.
• We are able to crop out any unwanted surroundings or remove the background.
• The quality of the image will reflect the quality of the engraving. The higher the quality, the better.

How to care for my engraved drinkware?
• All of our products are dishwasher safe. But to ensure the longest life, we recommend handwashing.
• If you're seeing coffee or tea stains inside your drinkware, you may use vinegar to clean it off.
