I never received the item!! After weeks and weeks of trying to get this order placed, and never getting a response from the vendor, she claimed it shipped but she just created a label. She never actually mailed the item out. This item is extremely expensive and you would think for the price there would be customer service and urgency in getting the customer to place the order. I am still waiting for a response, the item to ship, and a refund. I would not recommended using this vendor.

After a discussion of production and delivery before Christmas, I agreed to move forward with the purchase. The seller repeatedly told me they shipped the item but never did. Thankfully they refunded me but long after Christmas and the gifting window had passed. Find another vendor like I was forced to do.

I can’t give less than a one star or I would. Ordered this for Christmas. It was late which I expected. But what I received was not made correctly. She offered to redo it for me and send it. She claimed she sent it out right away. But after a week when I didn’t get it she told me it was mixed up with another buyer. She sent me a tracking number after the new year and when I plugged it into FedEx it says it doesn’t exist. So I wrote her AGAIN. No reply. She has offered to refund me half but again, nothing has been refunded. I hate leaving bad reviews. This is such a cute item I wanted it to work. She was nice but I don’t feel like I’m getting the whole truth. At this point I just want a full refund.
