Plant dyeing is simple process, much simpler than synthetic. It is extracting colour present in the nature and fixing it on cloth. Many dyes have even pharmacological effects and possible health benefits that are used in traditional medicine.

Sustainable impact is saving of water and natural resources, i.e. most of the colours can be achieved without heating. For this you need time and patience, it might take up to 2 days just the dyeing itself. I use locally grown or imported dyes coming from managed sources and providing income for people with less opportunities for earning a living.

Most of the time I will ship your order within 1 or 2 business days. Delivery time usually takes 5-8 business days, but occasionally it can take longer due to various factors, such as busy holiday season. Please understand that these delays are out of my control.

Unfortunately things can go missing in the post. I will do everything possible to make sure you receive your order but if your order does not arrive I will replace the missing items and re-send them to you once 20 days (UK) or 45 days (the rest of the world) from the shipping date (NOT order date) has past. I will not issue a refund under these circumstances for obvious reasons! If you are concerned about the security of your order please add the Tracked/Signed For shipping upgrade to your order at checkout.
