Announcement    My work is inspired by plants, seeds, birds and details in nature. In May 2018 my work was featured on the BBC1 Spring Special of Countryfile. My jewellery is graphic and delicate with a stylised, timeless elegance. All of my designs are handmade by myself and are inspired by wildflowers including buttercups, primroses, daisies, violets and cow parsley. Please note all pieces are handmade and can take a week to complete. If you need an item in a hurry please get in touch via email to make sure I can fulfil your request.

Returns & exchanges
I do accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. If you change your mind or wish to cancel your order please contact me within 7 days of your purchase and return the item/s within 14 days. If 14 days have gone since your purchase unfortunately I cannot offer any refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is returned worn, damaged and not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To return your product, please post to: Unit 5, East Workshops, Welbeck, Nottinghamshire S80 3LW. All items of jewellery must be returned using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service so the item/s are insured.

So to return item please remember:
• Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
• To request a cancellation contact me within 2 days from purchase

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 days.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
• Earrings– Due to hygiene reasons
• Custom made, bespoke or personalised orders
• Items on sale
• Items that have been worn
• Items that have been damaged due to being worn
• Items that have been damaged as a result of being returned insufficiently packaged
or protected.

International Returns
To arrange an international return please email me at info [!at] laurabaxter.co.uk quoting your order number, name, address, telephone number, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.
Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that a item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.
I recommend that you return items via an insured registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. I cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded.
