I am afraid returns are not normally accepted unless the item has been incorrectly described by me.
Variations in colour will occur with products when viewed on different monitors / screens. Items are described as they are seen in the flesh. Returns are not accepted due to colour variations created by monitors / screens.
Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for items missing in the post. I obtain a proof of postage receipt for all items mailed, therefore refunds will not be made.

I use First Class Royal Mail for my deliveries in the UK.
I use standard Air Mail to ship internationally. Please note there is no tracking insurance with this service. If this additional service is required please contact me prior to purchase.
