Painted to order pieces - please allow 7-21 days for completion and postage of your item/s.
In stock items - please allow 2-3 days, although during busy periods they may take longer
Every effort has been made to ensure photography, descriptions and details are accurate. However, all items are hand painted to order and slight colour and design variations may occur.
In some cases our china manufacturers may change the size or shape of an item slightly. Please also note that all measurements are approximate
Please inform us if any of the items are needed urgently.
Your order should arrive within 3-21 days by Royal Mail or Hermes (if very heavy). We are happy to deliver to home or work.
On some occasions items may be delayed, if there is likely to be a delay you will be informed by email or telephone.
We will endeavour to keep you informed of delivery dates.

Custom and personalised orders
I love custom orders, whatever you fancy, just ask! A flamingos on a teapot? A car on a mug? The possibilities are endless! Perfect for that hard to buy for person!
Gift wrapping and packaging
Items are wrapped in tissue and boxed where possible. We are happy to put a gift note in for free. Gift wrapping with a card available please message us for details.
Care instructions
Our printed pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe. We recommend handwashing painted pieces to extend the life of the design.
