We source and sell second-hand, vintage, retro & mid-century homeware.

Buying second-hand means that you are helping stop these pieces end up on landfill and doing something great for the environment.

All of our packaging is either re-used or recyclable and we encourage you to re-use or recycle it where possible.

Returns and exchange details
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but as our products are used and often rather old with years of use, wear and tear is to be expected.

You should not expect condition of items to be “new”, “mint” or “brand new“. We take care to describe and photograph an items condition accurately and completely.

If you have concerns about the condition of an item, please do contact us before purchasing and we can provide more detailed photographs if required.

After purchase we are unable to accept return or refunds relating to the condition of items unless the item has been damaged in transit.

If your item has been damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive it with photos supplied for evidence. We will then be able to refund you fully and put a claim in with the shipping service that was used.
We accept payments through Etsy - All orders must be paid in full before delivery or pick-up.
Items will be packaged and despatched within 1-3 days of your order date.

We expect most parcels to take 3-5 days to arrive once despatched. Heavier items may take slightly longer to arrive.

All of our parcels are sent requiring signature on delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays once an item is in transit but will provide tracking if available.

Standard items (under 1kg): £4.20 - Royal Mail 2nd class signed for

Heavy or multiple items (over 1kg): £7.50 - Hermes standard signed for

(shipping costs include packaging)

1- Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we currently do not ship outside of the U.K.

2- What are you doing for the environment?
We are passionate in protecting the environment and are committed to reducing our environmental impact.

Our items are always second hand which means that we stop beautiful pieces going to landfill and give them a new lease of life. We also work to follow this through to our packaging.

Your order will arrive either packaged in reused packaging that we already have (this may be reused plastic bubblewrap) or in paper bubble wrap, with shredded cardboard and sealed with paper tape.

We also encourage you to recycle or reuse your packaging whenever and where ever possible.

3- What happens if an item is damaged in transit?
We take time to carefully package up our items as they are often of a fragile nature but sometimes accidents do happen.

If an item arrives broken and is damaged in transit please contact us through Etsy and include evidence photos which we can then use to put a refund claim in with the shipping service used.
We will do all we can to help either find you a replacement or fully refund you.
We value our customers and take your privacy very seriously. We do not share any personal data collected with any outside agencies or organisation's other than as necessary to complete your business transactions (which includes credit card processing or shipping address).

We retain account information such as email address, name, and address on our system to make your shopping and ordering experience faster and more convenient. We also store contact information with your permission for our newsletters.

Such information can be removed from our system by contacting us directly.
