Shipping
I use standard delivery, however if you want your item tracked, please select this option at check out.
All items posted to Canada will be send tracked.
Please make sure you have given the correct address for delivery. I will not be responsible for replacing items due to incorrect delivery information. If you do not receive your item, please contact me within two months of order date.

United Kingdom: 3-10 business days
United States: 8-30 business days
Europe: 5-20 business days
Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 8-30 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Returns

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Returns must be have customers name and return address on outside of packaging for identification purposes, and in case package is delayed or lost in the mail. If you are returning an items from overseas, the package must be marked as “returned goods” to avoid custom charges.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Forced Returns
Returns that have not been confirmed prior to return won't be accepted.
Care instructions
All items are handmade and should be gently hand washed and dried with care. Washing your hat gently in cool water will help keep the shape and softness of your hat.
Some yarn may bobble and fluff due to the way the yarn is produced and spun. All you need to do is gently take a razor, nail scissors or clippers to help remove the excess.
Sizing details
Please read measurements in descriptions. I provide measurements for every hat in my shop, but the one thing I cannot do is measure your head, you may need to do this yourself if you are unsure of sizing. Please contact me if you have any questions about sizing before placing your order. I am very happy to set up a custom order if you require a larger or smaller hat.
Colours
Remember that colours may appear slightly different depending on which screen you are using. If you would like more information on item colours or require an exact colour please send me a message. If you don't see the exact colour you would like, please contact me to set up a custom order.
Do you use elastic in your hats?
No. I don't use elastic in the brim unless requested. If you would like elastic the brim of your hat, please contact me to set up a custom order.
