Thank you so much and can’t recommend enough, I will definitely be ordering again as I’ve seen some lovely Christmas bunting xxx

5 out of 5 starslovely, colourful card and I love the tiny dalmatian and puffin! lots of subtle nods to some classic books, i think it's clever and cute. This seller is so helpful too, quick to reply to a query about personalisation, printed just what i asked for and posted the card really quickly. Thanks very much!

Why can't I find a tracking number for my order?
In order to keep my products affordable, I mail all international orders by standard post. This means that the item cannot be tracked.
Delivery estimate is not affected with standard mail but it does mean I cannot locate the item once it is in the mail.
For the estimated delivery dates please refer to your order confirmation email. Please check your 'Junk' folder if you cannot locate it. Or log into your Etsy account and go to your purchases to find out more information about your order.
We also advise checking with your local post office if you feel you should have received your order by now. As the item may be with them.
I am worried that my order will not arrive on time.
I try to dispatch orders as quickly as possibly, especially if requested. But sometimes, for reason outside of my control, your item may take longer to arrive than estimated.
If this is the case I do offer a complimentary digital file of your order, which can be printed at home or locally.
If you are concerned please get in touch for a resolution.
How to track an order?
If you choose the tracked delivery option when purchasing, you will receive the tracking number when the order has been dispatched.
Please check your email inbox and/spam for the email with this information.
Will the bunting pre-stringed?
To ensure your banner arrives in pristine condition we do not assembly it. It is easy to do and you will receive everything you need with the order. Each set contains plenty of cord, to thread through the pre-punched holes. Allowing you to hang the pieces close or further apart depending on the space available.
I would love to order some bunting but need it for a different age.
No problem, as we make all the banners inhouse I can easily change the details for you.

Can I rush through an order?
Absolutely, we understand that buying for a party can be last minute. That's why we offer priority shipping to our customers.
We can even offer you the digital version for home or local printing.

SUMMER EXTENSION - Why the long processing times?
We have temporarily extended our processing times during August, due to annual leave.
We have decided to leave the shop open for customers to browse and place an orders if they are not needed urgently.
If the order is place between the 26th July and 16th August, it WILL NOT be shipped until after this date. Please allow extra time for shipping once it has been mailed.
We are in the UK. Shipping times vary.
We are available to read any messages and reply to messages.
