A sketch of Pip and Matt
Badges and greeting cards to inspire nostalgia and positive feelings. Also home to Incomplete webcomic.
I became self-employed in March 2010, and began by painting. This evolved into greeting cards, plush toys, jewellery, and paper folding. I now mainly concentration on illustration.
I started writing my webcomic in 2018, and am currently working on the third volume.

Frequently asked questions
Do you combine postage?
Etsy automatically calculates postage, and you pay an additional fee per item, which is less than paying postage for each one.
My item didn't arrive ON TIME, can I have a refund? (This question is NOT about whether it arrives at all, see other question for this)
This depends on a number of factors, how big a timeframe you gave me to provide your item being the most important. If you need something quickly, contact me in advance and I'll tell you if I can get it to you in time. If you don't, then I'm sorry but I will not refund for what you may consider 'inconvenience'. My time scales are clearly stated in my listings.
What if my order doesn’t arrive at all?
If it doesn’t arrive within 14 days in the UK (or 4 weeks anywhere else) then please let me know and I’ll look into doing what I can for you. Our postal service gives particular time frames for when claims can be sent.
