Amethyst, peridot and rose quartz capture the essence of the rustic Yorkshire moorland, awash with heather as Autumn descends.
Take a peek at the beautiful purple stones of Indian amethyst used in my stud earrings. Many amethyst gemstones are much paler in comparison, but I love the rich colour of this particular type.

Lillibets Millinery is an emerging hat and jewellery design studio based in Yorkshire, UK. Designer Isobel Robinson takes inspiration from vintage fashion eras to create contemporary pieces with a timeless elegance. Her hats have been seen at Royal Ascot, Cheltenham, the Derby and featured in TATLER and BRIDES magazines.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
I hope you are happy with your purchase, but I do realise that sometimes things aren't quite what you imagined. Please read item descriptions carefully for details of colour/size etc before purchasing to avoid disappointment, & ask for a free colour sample of hats if in doubt.

I am happy to accept returns of unworn hats & jewellery (see exclusions below) within 14 days of receipt (international customers please contact me within 14 days to notify of return, & mark the box as RETURNED ITEM). Items must be returned unworn & in its original inner packaging.

Postage is non-refundable. All return postage costs are to be covered by buyer unless returning due to the item being faulty.

EXCLUSIONS:
- Due to their personalised nature custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty. This includes hats which have been made to specific customer requirements (other than type/colour of fastening) and rings which are made to size. Ring size can be altered after purchase - a fee of £4.00 to cover postal costs will be incurred so please measure before ordering.

Should any items get lost in transit, please do get in touch so that I can either arrange to send another item or provide a full refund. Please allow at least 10 working days after dispatch in the UK (for standard mail) and three weeks for the rest of the world before reporting as lost - this is as advised by Royal Mail as items may take longer than estimated at peak times.
Payment
Payment can be made via credit/debit card, paypal or using an Etsy gift card.
Delivery
As each piece is made to order and varies in the time it takes to make, please read the item description for the latest dispatch estimate. If you are in a hurry, I am happy to 'rush' through orders where possible, but please contact me first.

UK ORDERS:
All hats are sent by special delivery unless stated otherwise (1 working day).
Jewellery is posted by 1st class delivery and usually takes 1-2 working days from dispatch but may take longer towards Christmas. Upgrades are available at checkout (recommended).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Hats are sent by Royal Mail Tracked services unless stated otherwise, & usually take around 1-3 weeks from dispatch.
Jewellery is posted by Royal Mail airmail which is NOT TRACKABLE & usually takes 1-3 weeks to arrive - please allow extra time in November and December. Upgrades to tracked services are available at checkout (recommended).

Having a hat uniquely designed for you is something special, and I hope to achieve the perfect match for your style and personality. As such, custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty.
Privacy
I Isobel Robinson am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop, Lillibets Millinery.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Etsy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.

You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

How long will it take to arrive?

All my items are handmade to order, so please see item descriptions for an estimated dispatch time. If you are in a hurry, I am happy to 'rush' through orders where possible, but please contact me first.

Are your items Hallmarked with the Assay Office?

I comply with all UK regulations with respect to hallmarking. Current law states silver jewellery items below 7.78g in weight are exempt from requiring hallmarking. In order to keep prices down for you, the customer, I therefore do not hallmark items below this threshold.
