Each piece is handmade to order just for you with quality, care and attention. I am passionate about my work and pride myself on making the highest quality accessories, providing exceptional customer service and also having a fast turnaround.

Hi
My name is Kate and I have been designing and making jewellery and accessories for the past four years.
When looking around for accessories for my own wedding I soon realised that there is very limited choice out there in the shops yet alone finding the colours you want. I aim to provide beautiful unique accessories that are available in any colour combinations to make it easy for brides to plan and co-ordinate their day.
I hope you like my shop and the pieces that I make.
Lilly & Dot is a name devoted to my two gorgeous girls.

Hi i'm Kate and I am the designer/maker behind all the accessories you see here in my shop :)
Shop policies
I love all things flowers! Creating fabric flowers is my passion!! I am constantly studying flowers in detail in real life and then transferring this knowledge to draw inspiration for my designs.
Everything you see is made completely by hand using traditional and modern day millinery techniques. Layers of petals are hand cut and hand shaped then finally assembled into the final bloom and embellished.
All my designs are unique originals made with love, care and attention. They are made from the highest quality materials of fabrics, freshwater pearls, rhinestones and findings to name just a few.
Making everything by hand ensures not only that my designs are made to the highest standard but that they are also totally customisable. For example colours, sizes, embellishments etc

Request a cancellation: within 2 days of purchase
Payment
We do not accept checks, e-checks, or money orders at this time.
Payment is due at the time of order placement and production will not begin on your purchase until payment has cleared fully. If a payment does not clear within seven days of order placement, we will cancel the order and it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange an alternate form of acceptable payment should they wish to proceed with a second transaction attempt.
Direct Checkout is a secure method of payment managed by Etsy and can be used by all Etsy members.
PayPal is a secure third party payment platform and does not require an account. It can be used as a guest by simply completing the checkout process as a “Guest” and follow the prompts to finish your order.
Delivery
International shipping is available on a worldwide basis.
International customers are responsible for knowing and understanding all terms of service for their countries respective import and customs fees. The shipping charges levied by Lilly and Dot are independent of these fees and represent the cost of our time, packaging materials, and direct postal service. By purchasing a product from Lilly and Dot, the customer acknowledges and agrees to pay for any additional costs and recognises it is illegal for us to compensate the customer or mark international packages as gifts.
Average shipping times vary depending on your country of origin. Please check your country using the drop-down menu on each product listing and if there are any outstanding questions, message us directly prior to purchase. All shipping timelines are estimates, and not guarantees, of delivery times as factors such as weather, shipping delays, and postal staffing concerns may impact your order.
