An important announcement for customers who’ve purchased from me in the past few weeks; I’ve moved house in the past week so if you do need to return anything please contact me so I can provide my new address. It has already been updated so new customers don’t have to worry about this. I’ve also been unable to mark items as dispatched; if you have purchased anything this week then it was dispatched yesterday, anything before that was dispatched long ago. Please message me if you’re having any issues, if you want to know your specific dispatch date or if you haven’t received your item and it should have arrived by now. Thanks!

It looks exactly as it does in the picture. The chain is a nice length and it hasn't stained my neck yet so I'm pleased with the quality. Lovely quality product.

Frequently asked questions
Is my package tracked?
No. International orders are posted via Royal Mail International Standard and do not include tracking. UK orders are shipped Royal Mail First Class. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method or add a tracking number then please get in touch before you order.
What if I've given you the wrong address?
If you have given me the wrong address and the item has already been shipped then unfortunately there's nothing I can do about it unless the item is returned by the Royal Mail to me. If it's returned I will re-ship it but you will be responsible for covering the extra shipping costs; if it isn't returned to me by Royal Mail then there will be no refund. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they provide the correct address before making any purchases on Etsy.
Can you send my item to another address?
No, unless you message me BEFORE you purchase I will not send any items to an address that isn't provided. If you message me after you've made a purchase asking me to send it to another address then I will politely decline your request and issue a refund for the order. This is in the buyer's interest as well as my own as Etsy can't protect either of us if anything happens to the item in transit.
I think my item is lost in the post.
We recommend that UK items take between 2-7 days to arrive and international items can take anything between 5 days and 4 weeks to arrive. This is usually longer during the holiday period.
An item is deemed lost by the Royal Mail if it hasn't arrived 10 working days after the expected arrival date. Any claims for lost items MUST be made through the Royal Mail as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost items, although I will help you in any way possible.
My item is faulty/not what I expected.
If your item is damaged, faulty or just not what you expected it to be then I will be happy to accept a return. The return guidelines are listed above, although I do stress that we are not responsible for return postage.
Can I request a custom order?
Of course! We can make any custom cameo brooch or necklace you desire. Just use the "Request A Custom Order" button in our shop, fill out the details and we'll take it from there.
