OUR STORY
Linoo is ontstaan uit een toewijding aan design, wonen, rust, natuur, traditie en natuurlijke textielsoorten, met name linnenvezels die al sinds mensenheugenis in Litouwen worden verbouwd. We worden gedreven en ondersteund door meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in interieurdesign en haute couture.
Onze passie is het creëren van opmerkelijk eenvoudige huizen met design en functionaliteit tot in het kleinste detail. Creëer voor het leven, niet voor een seizoen of een moment. We hebben een team van 50 mensen in ons bedrijf, dus elk stuk is tot in het kleinste detail gemaakt. De laatste tijd denken en discussiëren we binnen het team steeds meer over onze voetafdruk op deze planeet, voor wie we creëren en waarom. Onze missie, waar we het allemaal over eens zijn, is dan ook om bewust consumeren te bevorderen door de aankoop van alleen wat echt nodig is en wat van kwaliteit en duurzaamheid is, aan te moedigen. Onze eenvoudige filosofie is:
Koop alleen wat we echt nodig hebben, of wat aan vervanging toe is. Laten we consumeren wat we het beste kunnen vinden, afhankelijk van hoe het product geproduceerd is. Laten we ethische productie waarderen en ernaar op zoek gaan. Laten we genieten van dingen die mooi en nuttig zijn, maar laten we proberen ze maar één keer te kopen.
We creëren onze collecties in eigen huis met de beste kwaliteit linnen- en wolvezels die we kunnen vinden. We betalen meer voor garen, maar kiezen alleen garen met lange vezels en afkomstig van ethische boerderijen. We creëren onze eigen stoffen met geïmporteerde garens en weven ze zelf in Litouwen, zodat we weten onder welke omstandigheden het eindresultaat tot stand komt.
Wij garanderen dat onze producten de tand des tijds zullen doorstaan, zolang u ze de kans geeft, en dat ze een stijlvol accent zullen vormen in elk huis.
We zijn altijd benieuwd om onze producten in jouw omgeving te zien. Daarom houden we sociale media constant in de gaten en sturen we extra cadeautjes naar de makers van de foto's. Upload je foto's dus op Instagram of Facebook, tag #linooworld en je maakt kans op onze giveaways :))

Our passion is to create remarkably simple homes with design and functionality down to the last detail. Create for life, not for a season or a moment. We have a team of 50 people working in our company, so every piece is made to the smallest detail. Lately, in the team, we have been thinking and discussing more and more about our footprint on this planet, whom we are creating for, and why. So our mission, on which we all agree, is to promote conscious consumption by encouraging the purchase of only what is really needed and what is of quality and durability. Our simple philosophy is:
Buy only what we really need, or what needs to be updated. Let’s consume the best we can find, depending on how the product is produced. Let’s value ethical production and seek it out. Let’s enjoy those things that are beautiful and useful, but let’s try to buy them only once.
In-house, we create collections using the finest quality linen and wool fibers we can find. We pay more for yarn, but we only choose yarn with long fibres and from ethical farms. We create our own fabrics using imported yarns and weave them ourselves in Lithuania so that we know the conditions under which the final result is produced.
We guarantee you’ll find that our products will stand the test of time last as long as you let them, and will be a very stylish accent in any home.
