Delivery dates stated by Etsy are just estimates. We will work our hardest to get your items to you in a timely and fast manner. Once an item is in the hands of the shipping carrier, the speed is out of our control. We understand how frustrating delays are and are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier. All items ship with in 24 hours of the label being printed.
Please keep in mind that Standard Shipping DOESN'T have tracking and it can sometimes take up to 6 weeks for an international parcel to arrive! You can always upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout!

Care instructions
Candle Care:
-Always burn candles and wax melts on a smooth, stable surface away from all flammable objects.
-Keep away from children and pets.
-Never leave a burning candle or wax melt unattended.
-Candles/wax can become very hot! Wait until it has completely cools before touching or moving.
We recommend a burn time of 2-4 hours to prevent the glass jar from overheating and the wax from tunneling. Trim your wicks regularly to avoid a larger flame which can lead to flickering, smoke and soot. An ideal wick length is between 1/8″ and 1/4″.

We are able to offer wholesale on some Literary Lovelies UK products. Please get in touch via messaging to enquire. Our Wholesale prices are based on how many products are ordered and we can discuss this with you, providing a full quote including shipping.
International Shipping
International shipping is offered. Please be aware that all orders are calculated by country and weight during the checkout process. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns
If you find that you do not like the scent or product you ordered, we do take returns on unused products. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order (determined by the tracking provided). Customers are required to cover the shipping cost to return your order to us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and, upon our approval, your refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping.
Shipping Info
Orders will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please verify the information is correct prior to checkout. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges due to incorrect shipping information entered. No refunds on shipping costs will be made due to buyer error.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Your local postal driver may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package.
We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package (except bookmarks, stickers and prints which can be upgrade at checkout) once it has been shipped.
