I always welcome custom orders. Therefore if you can't find exactly what you are looking for amongst my designs - please leave me a message & I will be delighted to work with you to create a design specifically tailor made for you!

In addition - all of my card designs can be adapted to fit any occasion & can be personalised with the recipients name and/or age. The date of the occasion can also be added - all at no extra cost!

Please note; all personalisation is completed at my discretion - as it depends on space, layout & materials used in each design.

Please read all item descriptions carefully before purchase - these contain important information that you need to know prior to ordering. Any issues arising from provided information not being acknowledged, will be treated as a ‘Return due to change of mind’ (see below) and buyers will be responsible for arranging & paying for their own return costs.

Please double check your delivery details are correct. I use the shipping address provided with your order. Little Bun Designs UK accepts no responsibility for mis-delivered or lost items due to incorrectly provided details.
For change of delivery address requests, simply drop me a message & I’ll get back to you to confirm your choice of address.

All of my items are handmade to order. The time needed to complete your order depends on the item & quantity purchased.
Most items are ready for dispatch in 3-5 business days, with the exception of my hand sewn items, which take 1-2 weeks to complete. You will receive a message via Etsy conversations within 48 hours of your purchase with an estimated dispatch time for your order.
If your order is needed for a certain date, please leave me a note at the checkout.
On certain items I am able to offer an express 24 hour processing time for an additional fee - please message me prior to ordering to discuss this option.

All of my packaging is recyclable & eco friendly. The only exception is the tape used to close the boxes - if you would prefer kraft paper tape to be used on your parcel instead, please leave me a message at the checkout. On the odd occasion I do use bubble wrap or packing pillows in order to protect your goods in transit, these are recycled from supply orders I have received - again, if you would prefer me not to use these, simply pop me a message at the checkout :)

My gift wrapping has been lovingly designed, in keeping with my nature & woodland brand. It is also created with recycling in mind - using brown paper, twine, raffia & wooden accents. Styles vary according to the item being gift wrapped - images are included within each listing.
*Gift wrapping is offered as a service and is therefore non refundable.

UK Parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class post, unless you upgrade to 1st class post at the checkout.
Estimated Royal Mail delivery times are 2- 10 working days for 2nd class mail.
Overseas parcels are shipped via Royal Mail standard airmail. This is an untracked service. If you require tracked airmail, please use the shipping upgrade at the checkout. You will then be issued with a tracking number.
An up to date, approximate estimate of international transit times can be found under my shop policies section - Little Bun Designs UK has no control over, and accepts no responsibility, for delays due to customs or postal issues.

Please request a return within 14 days of receipt of item and return item within 30 days of receipt of item - in original packaging, unused and in original condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and they will be required to arrange their own shipping. Return shipping is NOT refundable.
Once returns are received and accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Any customs charges incurred from overseas returns will be deducted from your final refund.

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, please retain all packaging & contact me with photos & a description of the damage.
Once this information has been assessed, a return postage label will be emailed to you, which MUST be printed & used WITHIN 24 hours of the email being sent. If the valid window of the pre-paid returns label is missed, the return postage costs will then be the buyers responsibility.
If a replacement is required, one will be sent out as soon as the parcel is on its way back to me.
Any refunds required will be issued once the item has been received back with me.
Little Bun Designs UK reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are not deemed as faulty or have been deliberately damaged.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are NOT at risk of contracting the Coronavirus.
However, due to the constantly changing situation, postal delays are to be expected during the outbreak. International customers are advised to upgrade their standard airmail to a tracked service which will enable them to monitor their parcels journey. This can easily be done at the checkout.
Should you choose not to upgrade, please be aware that, unfortunately, I will be unable to assist you should your parcel be delayed.
Please also be aware that Royal Mail investigations into missing parcels will also take significantly longer & any subsequent refunds will also be delayed.
