Your order will be cut to size then hand painted with Annie Sloan Eco-friendly chalk paint, distressed and finished with clear wax for durability, this process adds character for a rustic, shabby chic style. If you don't find what you are looking for I also offer a custom service, please contact me so we can discuss further. All items are available in different colours to match your colour scheme, if you need any help with the colours then please let me know. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I want all my customers to be completely satisfied with my products. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. If you need to return your order, for an exchange or refund please contact me first and return your item/s in their original packaging, undamaged, and with all labels intact, within 14 working days of receipt. Please note that the parcel is the customers responsibility until it reaches me, therefore I recommend that you send returns via insured /registered mail and retain a proof of posting certificate. I regret I cannot refund any postage and packaging charges. Any refund will only be paid after I have received the goods in their original condition. Please note I do not give refunds/exchanges on - items returned after 14 days - items lost or damaged during transit - personalised items.

Payments can be made via paypal which is my preferred payment method. If you would prefer to pay for your order via a bank transfer please contact me first so I can confirm my bank details with you.
Shipping

How do we keep your data secure?
We recognise that you might be worried about security when using your debit/credit card to make payments on our website. Secure server software encrypts all your personal information, including name, address and credit card details before it leaves your computer. We make use of the highest quality encryption technology available (technically 256 bit SSL encryption). All payment card information is handled by PayPal and we do not store your payment card information. We only work with third parties that are fully compliant with The General DataProtection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). What are your rights?
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) you have the right to request access to your data, for it to be: corrected, erased, restricted or transferred. You also have the right to object to us processing your data. Where consent to process has been given, you have the right to withdraw this consent.

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. We will not charge a fee for providing access to your personal data, providing that the request is reasonable, not excessive or repetitive. In such circumstances that the request is deemed to be unreasonable, we may charge a fee for your request or refuse to comply with the request.

We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within once calendar month. However, depending on the complexity of the information requested, it may take us longer. However, in this case, we will notify you.
