Delivery
All orders will be sent through Royal Mail. Lodges are sent tracked and signed and doors are sent regular post. Anything in stock will be dispatched within 5 business days.
Custom orders or remakes will obviously vary depending on the work involved and how busy I am, please message me before hand if you are in a rush for something and I will do my best to get it made for you as quickly as I can.
For anywhere outside the UK, I will always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please allow a maximum of 5 weeks for delivery from date of dispatch, I will not be able to refund or replace before this time frame.
If you ordering from the EU, please check if you will need to pay import tax charges as this is the buyers responsibility not the sellers.
If the package is returned to Seller because of an incorrect address provided by Buyer, Seller will refund the cost of the item, but not shipping.
If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, no refund will be made.

Custom and personalised orders
I can usually match any colour idea that you have but please contact me first before purchasing to just double check.
Any custom building work will be subject to extra costs.
Care instructions
I would recommend covering your Lodge in times of heavy frost, cleaning down once a year and re coating with an exterior varnish to prolong the colour and life of your Lodge.
Are Little Lodgings creations weather proof?
Yes... Every piece I finish with 3 coats of clear varnish to protect it from the elements.
