Parcels are not automatically tracked and insured, please upgrade your shipping option if you would like tracking and insurance, as I will not be held responsible for lost parcels as I always obtain proof of postage.

I totally loved the bag and the yarn, thank you so much for putting such hard work and dedication into all of your gorgeous items. Delivery
Pre-orders and Dyed to Order items ship in 4-6 weeks. Custom orders by agreement
Please note: uninsured parcels will not be replaced if lost in the post.
Please remember I have no control over the postal system and delays do happen, if your order has failed to arrive please first check that it has not been left at your local post office or with a Neighbour. Please consider having your order tracked, as I take no responsibility for lost parcels. I put considerable time and effort into dyeing my yarn and do my best to offer low prices, so I therefore cannot be expected to also compensate uninsured parcels.
