About

It all started with a passion for creativity...

I started Love Peggy Rose after quitting my job in retail to focus on my creative passions. I've always liked to make things for myself, and wanted to develop my skills and explore my interests. Jewellery wasn't the plan all along, but as I tried out a few different things I learnt that jewellery was the one I had the most passion for - I hated that if you bought something on the high street a thousand other people would have it, so I set out on a mission to create interesting pieces by up-cycling broken and unused jewellery. It's amazing to be able to transform something that no one would want into a beautiful piece of jewellery! For the future I plan to do craft fairs in my local area and hope to start stocking Love Peggy Rose in local boutiques too. In the long run though, I'd love to have my own shop where crafters and makers from the local community can have a platform to sell their handmade wares - us small businesses have got to stick together!

I love anything handmade, and like to try my hand at all sorts of different crafts and projects! I started making jewellery because I didn't like the products sold in the shops and wanted something individual and interesting!
