The British postal system strike was a source of frustration to me & the seller. Finally, after almost 3 months, the cushion cover arrived. During the long wait, the seller was in constant contact, offered repeatedly to do a refund & mailed a second item in case the original one failed to arrive (it never did). The second cushion cover was lovely, high quality work & worth the wait. I would definitely buy from this seller again not only for fine handicrafts but to support women in Zimbabwe

The keyring is beautiful and so well made. Martha went above and beyond to find one for us and it is the perfect gift. An excellent cause to get something for a loved one

Absolutely unbeatable service. I initially ordered one of the beaded roses, but after I’d placed the order I realised I wanted another one in a different colour. The seller added it to my first order and refunded the second shipping price. Then, when the order arrived she had added an extra beaded rose and a handwritten note apologising for shipping delays (which were not her fault at all and the order still arrived within the expected delivery timeframe!). The roses are absolutely gorgeous as well, I got them as a gift and the recipient loved them. Can’t recommend this store enough.

It is a shame there isn’t a bigger warthog than this one, particularly for the garden however we love him and he is well made. It would also be better if he didn’t come wrapped up in so much duct tape though! Masking tape is much easier to get into and leaves less residue.
