Project Get Lucy's art online!

Once upon a time in a flat near Birmingham, i was talking to my lovely friends about how i wanted to open a website to showcase my paintings to more people. They said "Why don't we make you a website?!" So they produced for me a brilliant website and told me all about Etsy so i could also sell what i showcased in the gallery. Mission completed!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Every effort is made to send all orders out well made, well packaged and in good time. If there is a problem with your order or you would like to exchange your item, please contact me within the stated time. Customer pays return costs and postage for exchanged item when applicable.
Payment
I accept paypal as the method of payment.
Delivery
I will send your well packaged items Royal Mail first class, or Airmail to international buyers, so that you receive them without delay. I will deliver to most countries so if yours is not on the list please let me know and i will add it!
I try to package orders with purely recyclable materials, most orders are gift wrapped in tissue paper and string. Only when needed will I use cellophane to protect an item a little more. So please reuse the bubble wrap envelope and the string! And maybe compost or reuse the tissue paper. Thank you!
