INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All standard shipping is now Royal Mail Tracked/ Insured and signed for (Royal Mail provide tracking until item leaves UK a majority of countries provided tracking when then item has left UK but some do not and only update when item is signed for ) direct link to tracking page below

Shipping to many international countries takes time (upto 35day) and if you wish to get your item quick I now offer a courier upgrade dependant on destination country , this is delivered from 2 - 5 days work days) These are booked via a shipping broker so couriers used will vary all come tracked and insured and need signature to deliver.
Missing/Delayed Packages -
US / Canadian and Australian customers please be aware of shipping times before purchasing if you are not prepapered to wait out the 35 days you need to upgrade your shipping to courier.
Standard Royal Mail shipping items are not classed as lost until 14 days - domestic . 35 days - has passed.

Care instructions
Each one of our fabric covers has been made to be machine washable. Remove elastics and place in the washing machine on a low heat , remember to only put dark cover in with dark colours and visa versa with light colours. Dry flat and steam iron when dry and restring elastics when finished.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom orders open on a monthly basis but be aware they fill fast - as the day these open will differ any updates to when these slots reopen will be on my announments ( top of page ) and also on my Instgram feed @lyraandco

What is different about Lyra and Co's covers ?
When I first started using the traveller notebook system I wanted a cover which was more fun and personal than leather, but after buying a few I found them not suitable for everyday use. They were either soft and floppy which caused my notebooks to become damaged or firmer but they creased when folded which drove me crazy . After many months of trial and error I came up with the perfect mix a soft layer and a hard layer which protect your notebooks.
