Domestic (United States) Production and Shipping/Travel Estimate:

This product will be handmade upon ordering. Current production time is shown in the blue "shipping and Policies" tab, in each listing. Orders ship via USPS with tracking service from California. This is not a guaranteed service. Upgraded/Expedited Shipping Services are available at an additional cost, please request a quote before purchasing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (To Outside the U.S.): Orders are expected to arrive 2 to 4 weeks after shipment. However, please allow up to 6 to 10 weeks for items to arrive as items may be delayed in the customs process. I am not responsible for any shipping delays inluding items held in Customs or by the Postal System, etc.
Once your order arrives in your country, please contact your Custom's Office or your Post Office with any questions regarding delivery time or VAT / Import Taxes you may owe.

Delivery Issues:

Contact me for advice on tracking lost or delayed packages. All orders marked DELIVERED by the USPS tracking services, that may be lost, missing or stolen after they are DELIVERED are not refundable. Please make sure your mailing address is safe!

Any Packages that are "Rejected", "Refused" "Returned", "Un-Claimed", "Abandoned", "Attempted Not Known", "Insufficient Address", "Non-Forward-able", "Vacant" or "Undelivered" For ANY Reasons" must be safely returned to the Seller. Upon receipt of the item, in new condition, a refund will be made, "less any delivery fees, return fees or miscellaneous fees incurred or associated with the return of the package to the Seller."

Any U.S. domestic order above $35.00 will be shipped free to a destination in the United States. Otherwise, Shipping is charged to U.S. and Internaitonal destinations and will include Shipping and Handling Fees. Returns and exchange details
I strive to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience for my customers. If Buyer changes mind about the purchase, orders the wrong size, or requests a return for Any Reason, Buyer must contact Seller within 3 days of delivery to discuss the reason for the return. The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Special Orders including Reserved Listings.
Custom or personalized orders.
Any items that were used.
Used Quilts and Baby Items (for health/hygiene reasons).
Intimate items including Masks (for health/hygiene reasons).
Perishable products.
Digital downloads.
Items on sale.

With the nature of online shopping, purchases are not always what a buyer may expect (color, design, size, fit, etc). Computer monitors will transmit color differently. I provide an accurate description and sample photos of my products and I am happy to consider a return for any merchandise that falls into these categories.

Buyer is responsible for return of item(s) to Seller and for all return shipping costs and insurance to protect against loss or damage. Proof of delivery is required and insurance is recommended for Buyer to purchase on all returns.

Buyer must contact Seller within 3 days, before returning an item. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days in the same, unused condition. After 7 days, items are no longer returnable. Items from a smoking or pet residing environment will not be accepted for return.

After Seller receives item(s), a refund will be processed after the item is checked and confirmed to have been unused. Refund will be made to the 'original buyer' for the purchase amount Less Original (Shipping, Handling and Insurance incurred by Buyer or Seller.) Buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A restocking fee may apply. I am unable to process exchanges. (Item must be returned and a separate purchase made for a replacement.)

*All gifts are handled with the same process/policies as above.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Shipped outside the US):

If Buyer refuses a shipment for Any Reason, including changing mind, refusing to pay import fees, duties, taxes, etc., upon return receipt of the package (in its original condition), Seller will refund the purchase price Less Any Original or Return Shipping and Insurance paid by Buyer or Seller and Any Shipping/Insurance Fees incurred in the return process. If the shipment is returned to Seller due to non-delivery, or the Buyer does not pick up the package (upon return receipt of the package, in its original condition), Seller will refund the purchase price, Less Original Shipping Costs, Insurance Costs and any Fees incurred in the return process. A Restocking Fee may also apply.

Delivery
Shipping via USPS. 1st Class Domestic or International for most items with the exception of some items whichmay be shipped with another USPS service. Quilts are usually shipped USPS Priority.

It is extremely important to make sure that the shipping address is correct (and I am able to verify upon request), in order to avoid delays and extra shipping charges. Postage will not be returned due to a non-deliverable address, nor can a package be redirected once it is shipped.

If you have already completed your transaction, and your shipping address needs editing, please contact me immediately so that I can correct it. If your order has shipped to an incorrect, non-deliverable or unknown address and USPS has returned the package to me, I can re-ship the order at the buyer’s expense or I can issue a refund less the initial shipping fees.



DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:

Proof of shipment will be provided when the package leaves my company. Most US (domestic) orders will arrive within 2-5 business days of shipping. This is only a USPS estimate and USPS does not guarantee shipping time. In the event of an error or non-delivery by the postal service, the required wait time is 30 days. US Package(s) are not considered lost until 30 business days (Mon-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) from the date it is shipped.

Buyer is responsible to meet any USPS requirements in order to receive shipment. Buyer must make arrangements to pick up or to re-schedule the delivery of packages showing a delivery status of "attempted delivery" or “Item being held, addressee being notified".




**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPED TO OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:


CUSTOMS: "Customs" is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties. Buyers are responsible to pick up their package, within the required time frame, from their Custom's or Remote Postal Office, if required by their Country.

I do not add Custom Taxes, VAT, GST, HST, PST or Related Fees to orders.

**Buyer is responsible for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), GST, HST, PST, import consumption taxes, brokerage fees, handling and any miscellaneous Postal Service Fees charged by the importing country. The recipient will be required to pay the Duty or Taxes upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, I am unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT. Please be aware of the laws and fees associated with shopping abroad in relation you your country, before you place an order.

**Buyer is responsible to check the package tracking and contact their local PO to see if the package might be waiting for pick up.

**Buyer is responsible to make arrangements to pick packages showing a delivery status of "attempted delivery", “Notification has been left”, “Addressee has been notified”, "Item being held, addressee being notified" or anything similar.

**If Buyer refuses a shipment for Any Reason, including refusing to claim the package in the required time frame, failing to pay the Import Taxes, or the shipment is returned due to non-delivery, upon receipt of the package (in its original condition) I will refund the purchase, Less Original Shipping/Insurance Costs incurred by my company. Insurance Costs and any Fees incurred in the return process are not returnable. A Restocking Fee may also apply.

Most International orders are expected to arrive 1 to 6 weeks after shipment. However, International shipping time varies from country to country so please allow up to 6 to 10 weeks for items to arrive, in the event they get held up in customs. Spain, Italy, most Eastern European countries can take up to 10 weeks due to Customs.

Proof of shipment will be provided when the package leaves my company. In the event of an error or non-delivery by the postal service, the required wait time is 45-120 days (depending on your country) on all international shipments, before filing a lost package claim. Recipient is required by the seller and insurance company to participate in the claim process. Recipient must sign an insurance affidavit and provide any required documents on behalf of the insurance company. Refunds will not processed or items re-shipped until all parties complete required steps in the insurance claim process and the insurance company settles the claim with a settlement payment.

Some countries are excluded from insurance under the international policy and I will cancel and return funds on any order which falls into this category. During major Holidays (Nov.-Jan.) USPS offers free Electronic Delivery Confirmation to the following Countries:

Communication:

I will offer clear, complete and timely communication about orders so that I can provide products that meet listing guidelines. If I have any questions or shipping clarification which requires verification, I will contact Buyer several times (through 'Etsy Convos' and also through the email provided from Buyer).

It is important to me to provide an order that is correct and that I feel will meet the Buyers expectations. However, if no communication is returned to me, I will allow an appropriate amount of bus. Days, to pass before I cancel and refund the order. After Buyer contacts me and we are able to communicate and agree on specifications, a new order may be placed.


Custom Orders:

I do accept custom orders based on certain criteria and the ability to accommodate the request. Custom orders are a final sale since they are customized to your specifications and made to order.

Please send your custom request and I am happy to discuss options. If a custom order is placed, I will send a custom order listing to include all of the specifications that we have agreed upon. Full payment is required before I begin all special orders. All custom order sales are final and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

Q. Do you accept Custom Orders?

Q. What are the Handmade Quilts made of?
A. Quilt Tops and Bottoms are made of 100% Cotton, unless otherwise noted. Quilt Batting is usually 6 oz. per yard. Thread is always 100% Cotton, strong enough for machine quilting. I prefer Cotton since is it soft, comfortable and durable. Cotton keeps the body warm in winter, yet it wicks away moisture and will keep you cool in the summer. Quilt textures are most similar to vintage quilts and can be used for years to come and passed down as heirlooms.

Q. What is the Laptop Sleeve Padding made of?
A. Padding is made of fleeced interfacing. It is a very resilient, quick drying, polyester fleece resistant to biological damage such as mold and mildew, easy to wash and able to hold forms well. I do not use foam or rubber foam as both deteriorate over time and are susceptible to damage by use and heat.

Q. Do you make any Laptop Cases with a zipper closure?
A. I do not use or recommend zippers on any items that are intended for electronic devices such as Phones, Tablets, Laptops, etc. Sometimes, zippers are described, as ‘non scratch’, because the teeth are plastic, however, molded plastic does have the potential to scratch. The zipper pulls and end stops (which are located at each end of the zipper) can come into contact with the sides your device, upon inserting and removing. Both of these end pieces are hard molded plastic and metal.

Q. How do I care for my padded laptop case or bag?
A. An individual care tag will be included with your case or contact me for instructions. Most items are spot cleanable or dry cleanable. Light steam iron if needed.

Q. Do you combine shipping for savings?
A. Save with Combined Shipping when two or more items are paid for with one combined invoice and shipped together to one address.
Prices for each additional item are specified in each listing.

All items are handmade so there may be a slight difference in construction and materials in comparison to sample photos in each listing. All items are manufactured and stored in a smoke and pet-free environment.

All items (accessories such as eyeglasses, phones, ear buds, all photo props) that are used in photography are not included in the sale. You will be purchasing a fabric sleeve only, as described in the individual listings.

Need Another Size or Don't See your Laptop Device in the Drop Down Menu?

Choose the closest screen size (or the next larger size) in the drop down menu. Please send me a note in the "Message to Seller" at Checkout. Please provide a URL Link to your Specific Device with Full Exterior Dimensions: (Width x Length x Height) including information on any accessory you may have attached, such as a hard shell or rubber case. Please do not hesitate to send me any questions if you are not sure about the sizing. The Product will be made to Custom Fit your Device.

What is the laptop sleeve and bag padding made of and will it accommodate my attached accessory?

Padding is made of fleeced interfacing. It is a very resilient, quick drying, polyester fleece resistant to biological damage such as mold and mildew. I do not use any foams such as rubber foam since it deteriorates over time and is susceptible to damage by use and heat. I double pad my cases (one layer of padding sewn into the exterior panels and one layer of padding sewn to the interior lining). If ordering with a pocket, there is padding between the pocket and the main compartment, in which your device is stored.

Just let me know, upon ordering, and I can accommodate your laptop or tablet with any additional accessory attached, at no extra cost. Otherwise, a standard sleeve sized to accommodate your laptop "naked", will be sent.

What is your Return Policy?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom or Personalized Orders or Items on Sale.

Please contact me first to request any return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Upon return of the 'unused item', credit will be given for the order less any original shipping fees.


Return Time Limits:

Request a Return within: 7 days of delivery

What is your U.S. (Domestic) Shipping Policy?

Proof of shipment/tracking is provided through USPS. Buyer must provide safe place for mail delivery. Buyer may request/pay for 'additional' expedited or upgraded/insurance. Orders marked as Delivered are Proof Of Delivery. Delivered items are not refunded if stolen or missing after USPS confirms delivery. In this case, Buyer may submit a refund claim for loss/damage with their credit card, PayPal or homeowners Insurance. Also Buyer must file a report with USPS & Local Police Dept. In the event that tracking states "error/non-delivery", the required wait is 20 days for updates. Returns must be approved by Seller and Buyer is responsible to ship the returned/unused item and to provide tracking and insurance to Buyer, as proof of return.

Do you have international order travel time and shipping policies?

Required wait time is 40 days on international shipments, except Italy which is 60 days, before filing a 'lost package/insurance claim'. Recipient/Buyer is required by insurance co.to participate in claim process.

The insurance company will investigate the claim and the Recipient/Buyer must sign an insurance affidavit. All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept for proof. Refunds will only be processed after all parties complete required claim steps and the decision is made by the insurance company to refund for the cost of the item. If the insurance claim is paid by the insurance company, a refund will be made, less the original shipping/insurance fees, and any fees incurred in the return process to the Buyer.

International Shipping Disclaimer

Please note, I am unable to ship to the following countries for various reasons and in some cases, shipping insurance is not available:

Afghanistan, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Georgia, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Moldova, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Russia, Russian Federation, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Venezuela.

Do you have more information regarding Value Added Tax or Custom's related fees for orders shipped outside the United States?

International Buyer or Recipient is responsible to track shipment with tracking # provided & contact P. Office to pay VAT & Customs related Postal Fees. Shipping fees paid by Buyer do not include VAT/Custom's fees.

Seller is not responsible if Buyer or Recipient is not notified to claim their package or pay fees. Package must be claimed regardless of any status, including 'Attempted Delivery', 'Notification Was Left', 'Item Being Held', 'Being Notified', ‘Addressee not Known’ & ANY reason.

If Buyer fails or refuses to claim package, or does not pay VAT/handling fees, in required time frame & package is Returned to Seller (in it's original condition) a refund will be made, less original shipping/insurance fees & misc. return fees.

Care Instructions and Miscellaneous

An care tag will be included with your item. Most items are spot/ dry cleanable. Some items can be hand washed with mild detergent. Light steam iron.

Quilts: Wash in Cool Water using phosphate free soap on a Gentle Wash Cycle or hand wash. Low temp. tumble dryer or lay flat to dry. After the first washing, your quilt will shrink slightly & develop crinkles & puckers. These are normal characeristics which develop with each wash and are inherent in fine, heirloom quilts.

All items are handmade & there maybe slight differences in construction & materials. Colors in photos will vary with different monitors. All items are manufactured/stored in a smoke and pet-free environment. All props used in photography are not included in the sale.
