They are amazing quality and she checked in multiple times to make sure everything was just as we needed it. We even had a bit of a tight turn around due to factors on our end, and she made it work. We really couldn't be happier with them!

Hi Sarah! I’m very sorry to hear your sample didn’t arrive. Royal Mail are usually very reliable (thank goodness!), but on the odd occasion a sample is lost, delayed or damaged, I always offer a replacement or refund, without hesitation. I’ve issued a full refund as requested, and having reached out to you privately I’m glad that you are happy the issue has now been resolved. Best wishes, Rae
