Here to make you smile

Created to try and make my dream of becoming a Mama come true, madebysteffieb was officially opened in early 2015.
Sadly, it wasn't meant to be for me.
Crafting is my therapy and I love to make people happy.
My shop is full of gift ideas to make you smile or to treat your loved ones.
I have an eco-friendly approach as often as I can especially with packaging and plan to improve this has I move forward.
I craft to help support my family; my beautiful partner Shaun and our kits, Matt and Rosie.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Please contact me if you are not satisfied with your purchase and I will do my best to solve the issue.

I always package your items safely, however I am not responsible for damages caused in transit.

I accept returns of items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt and I will refund the full value of the item and the original postage cost, once the item is back with me in its original condition.

Please note this does not include anything customised or with a personal message attached, these are not returnable.

Under EU regulations, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to request a return. The cancellation form provided by Etsy can be found here:

I can't refund you if the item is damaged in transit.

Return postage cost is to be paid by you.

Please contact me before returning any items just in case we can come to an arrangement first.

If you receive an opened/ damaged parcel (your items are missing), please contact your local post office to advice you how to proceed.

I am not responsible for items not received if you provide an incorrect address.
Payment is via Paypal, Etsy Giftcards or Credit/Debit cards at checkout. Cheque are not accepted.

Custom orders must be paid in advance.

International buyers:
The buyer is responsible for any duty, customs, international taxes etc that may arise.
Always check the processing time before ordering.

Always contact me before ordering urgent items to check that I am able to make them in your time scale.
If I can't do it, I will always be honest so you're not disappointed.

Never presume that I can make your order quicker than the time specified in the listing please.
Please contact me before ordering "next day delivery" to check that I can do it on time for you.

Standard postage only comes with proof of postage and isn't trackable.
Please bear this in mind when ordering.

I offer upgrades in my listing for tracking in the UK.

Every orders sent outside of the UK are now posted using tracked delivery to avoid any issues.

If you need something delivered the next day or urgently, please contact me first and make the necessary arrangements.

I have no control over Royal Mail, therefore if your order is delayed, please understand that there isn't much I can do, especially if you have chosen standard postage.

I accept claims for lost items in the post as long as it's passed the Royal Mail statutory waiting time which currently is:
10 working days after the due date for the UK
20 working days after the due date for Europe
25 working days after the due date for the rest of the world

Once this time has passed, I will either replace your item or fully refund you.

I do not post everyday unless it has been arranged.

International items over a certain value may be charged customs fees, This is outside of my control and any fees that incurred are at the buyers expense

Colours in original items might slightly differ from the colours in the pictures shown purely due to screens and also because of the way the photos are taken, please consider this before ordering.

Cuties are not intended as toys but they are CE certified, please use caution and supervise with children under 3. The Cuties contain small parts. Surface clean only.
Cuties are also not toys for animals.
