Katie was happy to re-edit the draft image each time I requested something different, she will not send the print until you are happy with it. Throughout our correspondence Katie was always lovely, warm and happy to accommodate. The print itself is excellent quality and arrives in super cute packaging.
I cannot recommend Katie and her prints enough! -

Shipping
We ship mostly with Royal Mail - A3 prints ship in small parcels, and will be sent by either Royal Mail or courier. Prices vary depending on the weight of the product and the size of the package it will need. Shipping upgrades are available to ensure extra speed or the safety of a signature.
Custom Orders
Orders with personalised elements are not eligible for returns and refunds unless they are damaged or faulty. We will send a proof of personalised items through Etsy Conversations for your approval, and to take note of any alterations you wish to make. If we do not receive a reply to this we will assume you are happy to proceed, and will ship your order before the end of our processing time stated when you order.

I've changed my mind about my custom print - can I have a refund?
We can only offer a refund for custom prints if work has not begun on your order. Refunds can not be given once a proof design has been sent to the customer.
How are orders packaged?
Prints up to A4-size are packaged in a paper bag, and sent in a cardboard mailer to keep them protected on their way to you. Orders that include A3 prints are wrapped in tissue paper, rolled and placed in a postal tube. When unpacking, you may need to roll the print back on itself for a brief time so that it lies flat again. Made by Katie is not responsible for damage to the prints that occur during shipping.
How are orders sent?
Prints are sent via Royal Mail, and take 2-3 working days in the UK. Delivery throughout Europe and the Rest of the World will be sent via Royal Mail's International Standard option.
Made by Katie is not responsible for any postage delays, for example during busier times such as Christmas.
Will I be charged customs fees?
