1. Returns, Exchanges & cancellations

We don't accept returns or exchanges;

Due to the nature of these products returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

However, if there is a fault we will post a replacement for the item the has a defect.

Please ensure you order in good time, factoring in these terms.

Please ensure you have selected the right size.

We gladly accept cancellations before item has been mark as shipped.

Please message me for further assistance if needed.

2. Delivery

We use Royal Mail to send parcels.

According to their website delivery time frames are as follows

UK 1-2 working days
Europe - Delivery in 3-5 working days
The Rest of the World- Delivery in 5-7 working days

Please be aware that customs can hold up delivery of items outside these time frames

These time frames should be added on to turn around times for orders.

Please understand that we have no control over Royal Mail, please give yourself enough time for your item to be delivered.

Bodysuit - cool wash do not tumble dry and iron inside out.
Hat - sponge clean only.
Braces - sponge clean only.
Bow Tie - sponge clean only.
Cape - sponge clean only.
Mask - sponge clean only.
Arm Cuffs - sponge clean only.
Tutu - sponge clean only and finger comb (with very little water).
Headband - sponge clean only.
Frilly Lilac Romper - cool wash do not tumble dry do not iron.
Headband - sponge clean only.
Barefoot Sandals - sponge clean only.

6. Items Return To Sender

CUSTOMERS NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE AWARE OF THE DATE THERE PARCEL SHOULD ARRIVE, IF YOUR PARCEL IS LATE PLEASE ASK US FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER SO YOU CAN SEE WHERE YOU PARCEL IS. YOUR LOCAL POSTAL OFFICE WILL ONLY HOLD YOUR PARCEL FOR A SHORT TIME BEFORE RETURNING IT TO US.

Please note the following scenario;

-Parcel refused.
-Parcel refused due to not paying customs charge.
-Parcel is not claimed.
-Parcel had wrong address (Customer Error).

If your parcel is returned to us you will have to pay the postage to have it shipped again, or we will refund you minus the postage costs and 20% of the cost of any personalised items.
