According to their website delivery time frames are as follows;

UK 1-2 working days
Europe - Delivery in 3-5 working days
The Rest of the World- Delivery in 5-7 working days

99% of overseas orders arrive within 5-7 working days, but we have to make you aware that delays are possible, (Please note that overseas orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive if they get stuck at customs).
An overseas parcel is classed as lost 25 workings day after it's due date, we cannot refund any orders that are late. if they are missing after the said days we will make a claim and refund you in due course.

Please understand that we have no control over the delivery companies, please give yourself enough time for your item to be delivered.

1. Returns, Exchanges & cancellations

We don't accept returns or exchanges;

Due to the nature of these products returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

However, if there is a fault we will post a replacement for the item the has a defect.

Please ensure you order in good time, factoring in these terms.

Please ensure you have selected the right size.

We gladly accept cancellations before item has been mark as shipped.

Please message me for further assistance if needed.

3. Fix Wrong Shipping Address on Order During Checkout

If you moved and forgot to update your Etsy account, or your friend misspelt the address to send their gift to, don’t worry! You can change the address.

You can update your address when you checkout on Etsy

Add an item(s) to your cart.
Click Cart.
Choose how you’ll pay.
Click Proceed to checkout.
Sign in to your Etsy account if you haven’t already, or click Continue as a guest.
Under Shipping address, check that the address you want your order shipped to is correct. If it isn’t correct, click Change.
Select a shipping address or click Add an address to enter a new address. Click Ship here once you have the right address.
Click Place your order.

4. Fix Wrong Shipping Address on Order After Checkout

If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, first check that your order hasn’t shipped yet:

Sign in to Etsy.com.
Click You.
Click Purchases and reviews.
To the right of your order, you’ll see either Shipped or Not Shipped.

My order is Not Shipped yet

If your item is Not Shipped yet, you can contact the shop to cancel your order. You can then re-order the items with the correct shipping address.

Note: At this time, Etsy can’t manually edit the address in your order confirmation.

Please be clear in your request email to save confusion.

Please send a message saying WRONG ADDRESS NEED TO CANCEL AND RE-ORDER.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS WHERE THE CUSTOMER HAS USED THE WRONG ADDRESS.

We will not refund you.

5. Rush Orders

6. Items Return To Sender

CUSTOMERS NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE AWARE OF THE DATE THERE PARCEL SHOULD ARRIVE, IF YOUR PARCEL IS LATE PLEASE ASK US FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER SO YOU CAN SEE WHERE YOU PARCEL IS. YOUR LOCAL POSTAL OFFICE WILL ONLY HOLD YOUR PARCEL FOR A SHORT TIME BEFORE RETURNING IT TO US.

Please note the following scenario;

-Parcel refused.
-Parcel refused due to not paying customs charge.
-Parcel is not claimed.
-Parcel had wrong address (Customer Error).

If the package is returned the customer will have to pay the postage to have it shipped again, or we will refund you minus the postage costs and 20% of the cost of any personalised items.

If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, no refund will be made.

7. Colour Differences and Variations

Please be aware that colours may look different on various screens and in different lighting.

8. Estimated Delivery Date

If you are ordering last minute and the estimated delivery date is close to when you need your parcel please add the date you need the item in the comments box at the checkout.

We do not refund personalised items due to you not communicating a date with us, if you communicate your date with us we will make 100% sure it gets to you on time.
