🚚 Processing and Shipping 🚚
We print all books within 3-4 business days. The shipping time depends on where you are and how far away our closest printer happens to be, as well as the shipping method you have chosen. We have printers in the US, UK and India, and below are estimated delivery times for delivery based on region:
📦 USA: 3 to 8 business days (via USPS)
📦 United Kingdom: 2 to 3 business days (via Royal Mail)
📦 Europe: 4 to 10 business days (via DeutschePost)
📦 India: 3 to 4 business days (via BlueDart)
📦 Rest of the World: 7 to 20 business days (depending on location) (via
DeutschePost / DHL)
📲 Order Tracking 📲
You will be notified with the tracking details when the book has been sent out for delivery. We provide tracking details for books shipped in the US. In the UK we ship via Royal Mail who provide only delivery confirmations (not delivery tracking). International orders are shipped via DHL, who provide only partial tracking.
💲 Our Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy 💲
💵 Refunds: In the unfortunate event that your book arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we offer the option to either refund your purchase or replace the book according to your preference.
❌ Cancellation: Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they've been sent to the printer. Books are typically sent to the printer a few hours after the order is placed, and if you do message us in that time, we can cancel the orders, but not once they have been sent to the printer.
↩️ Return: We do not accept returns because each book is uniquely personalized for you. If you encounter any issues, please contact us for personalized assistance.

Personalizing your book is easy! Each book's description includes a set of personalized details we need. Please enter this information in the “Add your personalization” field on the product listing page. Dedications (personal messages you wish to be printed inside the book) can be left in the “Notes to Seller” field during checkout, or in the “Add your personalization” field itself. If you are ordering multiple books, its probably better to enter the message in the “Add your personalization” field.
📒 Providing your information for your order 📒
We expect each order to have all the information required to personalize the book. If any information is missing, we will contact you a few times to get the info or use our best efforts to intuit what the missing information may be, or may leave it blank if it is not a required personalization detail.In the event the information is missing and is required to make the book, and we have not heard back from you after reaching out, we will cancel the order and refund you the full amount since we will not be able to make the book.
