Earring Posts & Backs
My earring posts are either stainless steel or gold plated, these are both nickel free and should not cause any irritation. You can find out on my individual products which posts they have, any questions dont hesitate to message me.
Returns & Exchages
For hygiene reasons I can not accept returns or exchanges unless your order is damaged in transit to you. I do not except returns for items damaged or lost after the items have been delivered. If you damage or lose one of your earrings please contact me directly to order a replacement.
Cleaning
Polymer Clay is so easy to clean! Simply wipe down with a warm damp cloth or use a touch of Nail varnish remover on any stubborn stains, use a minimal amount and wipe gently, use at your own risk.
Durable & Lightweight?
Polymer clay is a flexible and durable material! Which means it will withstand general wear well. However I recommend not to over bend or wear in extreme temperatures as this may cause damage. They are also super lightweight so perfect for sensitive ears!
